  • Provide timely updates and reports to stakeholders, maintaining transparency across all property management activities

  • Respond to resident enquiries across phone, email, face-to-face and the resident portal, escalating key issues to the Property Manager

  • Upload weekly site updates and useful resident information to the portal to ensure consistent and accessible communication

  • Assist in preparing and agreeing annual service charge budgets and ensure accurate processing of contractor invoices

  • Conduct monthly site visits and support the creation of quarterly inspection reports

  • Coordinate resident engagement activities including meetings, events and AGMs, and follow up on agreed actions

  • Support the Property Manager in overseeing on-site staff, including performance reviews and absence management

  • Assist in health and safety audits and arrange service and maintenance visits, ensuring all actions are completed

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in residential block management, including site inspections and reporting

  • Strong understanding of service charge budgeting, invoicing and leaseholder queries

  • Confident in managing contractors and handling insurance claims from instruction to completion

  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to resident engagement

  • A relevant housing qualification is advantageous

  • Two years Leasehold experience - required.
