Front Office AI Governance Specialist - #2121357

Our client is a global Investment Bank who are looking to add a Front Office AI Governance Specialist as part of a growing AI Enablement initiative.

The team is responsible for working with Front Office Sales & Trading stakeholders to understand review proposed AI use cases and establishing governance and controls around AI usage, to ensure compliance with both internal and regulatory frameworks, as well developing new frameworks to drive AI enablement across the organisation.

Alongside the AI framework development, it would involve the maintenance and design of data governance frameworks to ensure data access rules are adhered to and that any AI capabilities that have been developed stay within the regulatory requirement data governance/protection.

The ideal candidate would have:

1. Background in Financial Markets, or broader Financial Services at a minimum, with an exposure to Front Office environments.
2. Prior experience in data governance/management, with more recent hands-on AI governance exposure.
3. Tech skills such as Python, SQL highly desirable.
4. Good stakeholder management skills and ability to act as a bridge between technology and business.
