Key ResponsibilitiesAcquisition Strategy & Growth
- Own customer acquisition strategy across paid, organic and partnership channels.
- Deliver profitable growth against revenue and customer targets.
- Lead investment decisions, forecasting and budget allocation.
- Identify growth opportunities through new channels, partnerships and technologies.
Agency & Partner Leadership
- Lead agency, affiliate, creator and technology partnerships.
- Drive performance, innovation and accountability across external partners.
Search & Discovery
- Lead organic growth across search and emerging discovery platforms.
- Partner with content, PR and brand teams to improve visibility and discoverability.
- Oversee SEO, content performance and organic growth initiatives.
International Growth
- Support growth across UK, US and European markets.
- Develop market-specific acquisition and localisation strategies.
Measurement & Performance
- Own acquisition forecasting, reporting and performance analysis.
- Drive attribution, testing and marketing effectiveness frameworks.
- Partner with Finance and senior stakeholders to inform investment decisions.
Leadership
- Lead and develop a high-performing acquisition team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, testing and continuous improvement.
Profile
Significant experience in digital acquisition, growth marketing or performance marketing within ecommerce, retail, fashion, footwear or consumer brands.
Strong commercial understanding and experience managing significant marketing investment.
Experience leading agency and external partner relationships. * Strong understanding of acquisition measurement, attribution and marketing effectiveness.
Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on trouble shooting.
Proven experience developing and leading high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
