Temporary Executive Assistant

Location: West End, London
Rate: £30 per hour
Duration: 6-week temporary assignment with potential for extension

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to join a prestigious Financial Services firm based in London's West End on a six-week temporary assignment, with the potential for extension.

This is an excellent opportunity for a polished EA who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can hit the ground running from day one.

• Providing full Executive Assistant support to senior executives
• Complex diary and inbox management
• Coordinating meetings, appointments, and events
• Arranging UK and international travel and itineraries
• Preparing presentations, reports, and board papers
• Managing confidential information with discretion
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
• Providing general administrative support as required

• Previous experience supporting senior leadership as an Executive Assistant
• Banking experiencce
• Exceptional organisational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively
• Confident managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Professional, proactive, and adaptable approach
• Available to start immediately
