We're delighted to be working with a prestigious US law firm in the heart of the City, who are looking to add an experienced German-speaking Legal PA to their London office.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing busy schedules, coordinating meetings, and arranging UK and international travel
* Preparing, reading, and amending legal documents in both English and German
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders

* Assisting with matter administration, document management, and workflow processes
* Supporting wider team initiatives, including BD activities, events and ad-hoc projects
* Liaising confidently in German when required

What we're looking for:

* 5+ years of demonstrable experience as a Legal PA within a City law firm
* Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, are essential
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Excellent communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
* A proactive and adaptable team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced and demanding environment
