The role focuses on information barriers, conflicts administration, legal risk support and data management, offering strong exposure to the operational side of a high-performing international legal practice.

Description
- Create and maintain information barriers across legal matters.
- Liaise with partners and matter teams regarding risk processes.
- Support conflicts searches and analysis for low-risk matters.
- Conduct research using specialist systems including Intapp.
- Assist with data integrity and administrative tasks.
- Manage and maintain internal knowledge and online resources.
- Support bulk data management projects, including class actions and bankruptcies.
- Assist with business development and risk-related requests.
- Participate in team projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure information is maintained accurately and consistently.
- Support the wider General Counsel & Risk team as required.
- Contribute to regulatory and compliance best practices.
Profile
- Previous administration, risk, compliance or legal support experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Comfortable working with databases and technology platforms.
- Experience using legal systems such as Intapp is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Proactive and collaborative approach to work.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Interest in legal risk, compliance or law firm operations.
- Degree educated or equivalent professional experience preferred.
