HR Business Partner 3m FTC - Media - #2122402

We're looking for an experienced People Partner to join a large media organisation on an interim basis, starting ASAP and running through to Christmas. This will be paid as a day rate at the equivalent of £65k, 3 days in the office.

This is a hands-on role supporting a complex people transformation project, with a particular focus on organisational design and consultation activity. You'll need to be confident managing both collective and individual consultation processes, using data and insight to inform decision-making, and working closely with a broad range of stakeholders, including senior leaders.

We're looking for an experienced People Partner or Senior HR Advisor who can hit the ground running, bring a high level of diligence and initiative, and confidently manage their own workload while working collaboratively as part of a wider team.
