A leading real estate investment and asset management firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Loan Asset Management Specialist to manage a portfolio of complex commercial real estate loans and support a high-profile institutional client mandate.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day servicing of commercial real estate loans.
2. Act as a key contact for borrowers, lenders, and investors.
3. Analyse property financials and prepare quarterly asset reports.
4. Monitor cash flows, valuations, market conditions, and loan performance.
5. Review borrower requests, consents, and construction draw submissions.
6. Prepare portfolio updates and track key loan events and triggers.

Requirements

1. Experience in commercial real estate asset management, loan servicing, or structured finance.
2. Strong understanding of CRE underwriting, debt structures, and financial analysis.
3. Knowledge of key metrics including IRR, NPV, DSCR, Debt Yield, NOI, and NCF.
4. Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
5. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
