EA to CEO and Office - #2122586

A fast growing innovative client based in the City of London is looking for an organised EA & Office Manager, to support and provide high level, trusted support to the CEO and Chairman

Duties include:

• Co-ordination of company events
• Meeting and greeting all visitors
• Diary and inbox management
• seamless travel management
• board meeting preparation,
• prepare agendas and minutes for key meetings
• company car fleet administration
• expense management
• full ownership of office operations
• building management supplier relationships

This is a varied, hands on role where you will offer ad hoc support to the wider leadership team.
