Senior Stakeholder Engagement Lead - #2123110

What you'll be doing We are looking for a Senior Stakeholder Engagement Lead to join the House of Commons. You will be responsible for improving communication and engagement with senior stakeholders, including members of the House of Commons Commission, with a particular focus on operational activities across the Parliamentary Estate. You will lead the delivery of key messages, updates and briefings on operational activity, helping to ensure stakeholders are informed, engaged and confident in the services provided. Integral to this role will be building and maintaining trusted relationships with key stakeholders, working closely with the Speaker's Office and other senior colleagues to support effective communication and stakeholder management. Key responsibilities include:
Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including Members and the Speaker's Office.Leading engagement and communications around estate operations, building works, and service delivery.Coordinating updates and key messages on operational activities and their impact.Anticipating stakeholder concerns and proactively managing risks, issues, and expectations.This role requires on-site attendance as business needs dictate. Typically, attendance is expected to be at least 80% of the working week (Monday to Thursday), with occasional Friday attendance required, particularly during parliamentary sitting periods.
