Third Party Outsourcing Risk Analyst - Hays - #2123125

Are you a Risk professional with looking for your next contract challenge? Do you want to play a key role in shaping third-party and outsourcing risk strategies for a global banking institution?
We are looking for a Third-Party & Outsourcing Risk Analyst to support an Operational Risk Controls & Governance team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-border stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance across a complex financial environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Governance: Support governance frameworks in line with PRA, FCA, DORA, and EBA guidelines.
• Risk Assessments: Partner with business owners to identify outsourcing relationships and drive compliance controls.
• Register Management: Maintain and update the third-party register, ensuring SLAs and contracts are robust.
• Reporting & Escalation: Develop and present risk reports for senior stakeholders and risk committees.
• Project Management: Lead remediation efforts for any identified gaps or operational risks.

What We Are Looking For:

• 1-5 years of experience in TPRM, Outsourcing Risk, Operational Risk, or Regulatory Compliance.
• Strong familiarity with the UK and global banking regulatory landscape (FCA, PRA, DORA, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills-ability to challenge and influence.
• A university degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
