  • Maintain CRM, CMS and other databases accurately and professionally.
  • Liaise confidently with members, officers, speakers, partner organisations and external stakeholders.

About you

We are looking for a proactive, accurate, and confident administrator who can manage competing deadlines, handle detailed information and communicate professionally with senior stakeholders and members.

Previous experience working with surgeons, clinicians, healthcare professionals, medical committees or healthcare-related organisations would be particularly relevant for this role.

  • Minute taking, meeting support or committee administration experience.
