An established and growing mortgage and property finance brokerage is expanding its advisory team following continued growth and increasing business levels.

With an established network of UK and international introducers, you'll have access to a strong flow of qualified mortgage enquiries and a genuinely varied client base. You'll advise everyone from residential buyers and property investors through to high-net-worth clients, expats, international borrowers and clients with more complex mortgage requirements.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Adviser who wants the flexibility to work from home, the autonomy to manage their own day and the opportunity to continue learning, developing and earning.

The Role

• Manage a consistent flow of qualified mortgage enquiries
• Provide mortgage advice across residential and specialist lending
• Work with UK-based, HNW, expat and international clients
• Gain exposure to new-build, investment and more complex mortgage cases
• Manage clients from initial enquiry through to mortgage completion
• Research suitable mortgage and lending solutions
• Build strong relationships with lenders and introducers
• Maintain high standards of compliance and client service
• Manage your own mortgage pipeline effectively from home
• Work collaboratively with an experienced and supportive team

About You

We're open-minded on experience. Attitude, professionalism, ability and the desire to develop are just as important as the number of years you've spent advising.

• CeMAP qualified or equivalent
• At least two years’ experience as a Mortgage Broker or Mortgage Adviser
• Professional, personable and strong at building relationships
• Comfortable managing a busy mortgage pipeline
• Keen to broaden your knowledge across more complex mortgage cases
• Comfortable working independently while remaining part of a collaborative team
• Experience with new-build mortgages, high-net-worth clients, expat mortgages, international mortgages, Buy to Let or specialist lending would be advantageous, but isn't essential.
