A successful and growing boutique mortgage and property finance brokerage is looking for a Mortgage Paraplanner to join its team.

Well-connected across the industry and generating substantial levels of business, the firm is a leading performer within its network. The team are personable, ambitious and supportive, with a genuinely flexible and accommodating culture.

The role is predominantly remote, with occasional team meet-ups and socials in London. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Administrator, Case Manager or Paraplanner looking to gain greater exposure to complex clients, international cases and specialist lending, while developing stronger technical knowledge across research, criteria and affordability.

What You'll Be Doing

• Working closely with experienced Mortgage Brokers, you'll support cases from fact-find through to application and completion.
• Researching lenders, products and mortgage criteria.
• Completing affordability assessments and case research.
• Reviewing fact-finds and identifying additional information required.
• Supporting brokers with mortgage recommendations.
• Preparing and packaging mortgage applications.
• Liaising with lenders, clients and third parties.
• Maintaining accurate and compliant client records.
• You'll work across a varied mix of residential, buy-to-let, specialist and international mortgage cases, including more complex client requirements.

About You

• You'll have experience within Mortgage Administration, Case Management or Mortgage Paraplanning
• A good understanding of the mortgage application process including case submissions
• Knowledge of lender criteria and affordability
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Confidence managing multiple cases
• A proactive, client-focused approach
• CeMAP or progressing towards CeMAP would be advantageous (not essential).
