  • Produce options papers, recommendations and proposals for senior leadership and SteerCo approval.
  • Support implementation planning and transition activities to embed new processes and ways of working.
  • Establish standardised outputs, processes and governance to support the future campaign management capability.
  • Act as the bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring business requirements are clearly understood and translated into practical solutions

The skills you'll need:

  • Proven experience leading organisational change and business transformation initiatives.
  • Strong operating model design and process improvement experience.
  • Demonstrable expertise in end-to-end process mapping, gap analysis and impact assessment.
  • Experience combining Business Analysis and Project/Change Management responsibilities.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and drive progress within an early-stage, ambiguous programme.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders across multiple teams.
  • Excellent facilitation skills and experience leading discovery workshops.
  • Ability to translate technical and operational requirements into clear business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery approaches and structured change frameworks.
  • Experience working within complex, large-scale organisations, preferably financial services environments.
  • Exposure to campaign management, CRM, Adobe or PEGA environments would be beneficial but is not essential.
