Help shape the tax governance and control framework that supports a diverse range of transactions across Commodities and Global Markets. Joining a collaborative, international team, you will play a key role in managing tax risk, influencing commercial outcomes and ensuring compliance across a dynamic and fast-paced business.

What role will you play?

You will partner closely with colleagues across Commodities and Global Markets, Operations and the Financial Management Group to manage the tax implications of a broad range of transactions and provide oversight of tax risks and associated costs. Acting as a key stakeholder across multiple business areas, you will coordinate tax-related approval processes, support informed decision-making and retain ownership of transaction tax risk throughout the lifecycle of activity. You will also help ensure tax systems, invoicing processes and reporting obligations operate effectively, enabling compliant and efficient outcomes across the organisation.

What you offer

  • Qualified accountant with significant experience in tax risk management, tax accounting or a related discipline
  • Experience within the EMEA financial services sector or another large, complex organisation
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently, take ownership of outcomes and proactively address issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting systems, reporting tools and Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent communication, research and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating effectively across global teams and different time zones
