Key responsibilities
- Lead quarterly and annual reserving exercises
- Deliver reserve analyses and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Monitor reserve adequacy and emerging claims trends
- Support reserving methodology development and process improvement
- Contribute to regulatory reporting and business planning activities
- Line management of analysts within the team
- Qualified actuary with post-qualification reserving experience
- Strong London Market and/or Lloyd's market knowledge
- Demonstrable experience communicating reserve results to senior audiences
- Strong understanding of regulatory and reporting requirements
- Ability to provide commercial insight alongside technical expertise
- Collaborative approach with excellent stakeholder management skills
