Initially a 3 month interim Senior National Account Manager role, working 3 days a week, this role has the potential to turn permanent. The role will be heavily focused on opening new doors to generate growth for the business.

Our client is a fast-paced start-up within a rapidly growing category in personal care. It's an exciting time to join, as the company is still founder led, with less than 5 total employees. You'd be responsible for all sales and driving growth across national accounts.

Description

• Develop and maintain relationships with national accounts to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team to create and implement effective strategies.
• Ensure the successful delivery of products and services to meet client expectations.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with key clients to secure long-term partnerships.
• Work with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
• Contribute to the development of sales forecasts and budgets

Profile

• A background in sales or account management within consumer goods.
• Experience managing national accounts (Boots a bonus).
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyse data and market trends effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
• Capability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
