Supporting senior Partners and fee earners, this Legal PA role offers a varied workload, significant responsibility, and the chance to become part of a firm renowned for its innovation, client service, and investment in its people.
The Role
- Proactive and complex diary management, ensuring Partners' schedules are coordinated effectively and anticipating changing priorities.
- Managing emails, prioritising correspondence, tracking actions, and maintaining effective communication across the team and with clients.
- Coordinating travel arrangements, preparing documentation, drafting correspondence, and delivering high-quality administrative support.
- Supporting billing processes, time recording, document management, file administration, and legal matter organisation.
- Building strong relationships with colleagues and clients while embracing new technologies, including AI tools, to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
What They're Looking For
- Previous Legal PA or senior PA experience supporting Partners, ideally within a law firm
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy practice.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office capabilities, excellent typing skills, and confidence using document management systems.
- A proactive, resilient and positive individual who enjoys taking ownership
