ISS provide workplace and administration services to prestigious clients across London. We are seeking an Events Coordinator to join a high-profile organisation based in the City of London. This role sits within a busy Events team and supports the delivery of a wide range of internal, external and virtual events for senior stakeholders, colleagues and external partners.
You will play a key role in coordinating events from planning through to delivery, ensuring an exceptional experience for attendees while providing excellent customer service. Acting as a professional ambassador for the organisation, you will support venue operations, event logistics and stakeholder engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the delivery of internal, external and virtual events from concept through to execution.
- Manage event bookings, room reservations and logistics across a portfolio of meeting and event spaces.
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Support registration processes, attendee communications and event administration.
- Provide operational support on event days, resolving any logistical or technical issues.
- Act as a key user for event management systems, providing support, training and guidance to colleagues.
- Assist with supplier management, procurement activities and budget administration.
- Produce event reports, attendance statistics and management information.
- Maintain event procedures, guidance documents, user guides and risk assessments.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and service partners.
- Deliver a professional front-of-house experience, welcoming guests and supporting VIP visits where required.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and the customer experience.
About You
- Previous experience in events coordination, hospitality, venue management or corporate meetings.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using event management, room booking or CRM systems.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and supporting high-profile events.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and virtual event platforms.
