ISS provide workplace and administration services to prestigious clients across London. We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to be based at our high profile client site in the heart of the City, to lead the planning and delivery of a diverse portfolio of internal, external and virtual events.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-profile organisation where you will take ownership of event strategy, venue operations, supplier management and event technology, while ensuring exceptional experiences for stakeholders and attendees.

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of internal, external and virtual events, ensuring they are executed to the highest standards.
• Act as deputy to the Events Manager, providing leadership and support to the wider team as required.
• Oversee event planning, logistics, stakeholder engagement and operational delivery across multiple events and venues.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and service partners to ensure seamless event execution.
• Take ownership of event management platforms and systems, driving best practice, user adoption and continuous improvement.
• Manage third-party supplier contracts, budgets and commercial negotiations to deliver value for money.
• Lead venue management activities, including room bookings, utilisation and event scheduling.
• Oversee event reporting and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies, risk management requirements and event governance standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to colleagues on event planning, technology and operational best practice.
• Develop and maintain event procedures, training materials and service standards.
• Manage procurement activities and supplier performance to support effective event delivery.
• Provide senior on-site event support, resolving operational, logistical and technical challenges as required.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across event processes, systems and customer experience.

• Proven experience managing corporate, stakeholder or high-profile events from concept to delivery.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience managing event technology platforms, venue operations and supplier relationships.
• Strong commercial awareness, including budget management and contract oversight.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with senior leaders, external partners and suppliers.
• Highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual event platforms.
