We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established, independent insurance broker in Finchley with an excellent reputation for delivering outstanding service to commercial clients.

As the business continues to grow, they're looking to welcome a Commercial Insurance Account Handler to their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, collaborative environment where you'll manage a varied portfolio of clients and play an important role in the continued success of the business.

You'll be responsible for providing a proactive, professional service to a diverse portfolio of commercial clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring their insurance needs are met throughout the policy lifecycle.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing renewals from start to finish
• Handling mid-term adjustments and policy administration
• Liaising with insurers to negotiate competitive terms
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Providing technical advice across a range of commercial insurance products

• Salary up to £60,000, depending on experience

You'll ideally have:

• Experience within a commercial insurance brokerage
• Good knowledge of commercial insurance products
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Acturis experience (desirable but not essential)
• CII qualifications, or a willingness to work towards them
