Join Matchtech’s London team of recruiters and you’ll be placing top talent into the organisations who are powering the energy transition.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll specialise in permanent hiring across the renewable energy sector. You’ll own and grow your desk, building trusted relationships, qualifying roles, design search strategies, and advise stakeholders to deliver successful, sustainable hires.

• Manage Permanent Recruitment spanning CAPEX roles, early design, commissioning and build stages, across offshore wind farms, solar farms, onshore wind farms and wider large-scale construction projects. These areas offer strong opportunity.

• Your focus will be mainly the UK and Western Europe.

• You will partner with hiring managers to define requirements, agree search plans, and provide clear, data-led hiring advice.

• You will manage talent through direct headhunting, market mapping, and industry networks.

• If you have deep knowledge of the renewable landscape, key players, regulations, and growth areas, we want to hear from you!

• Your commercial drive and proven business development success will help grow Matchtech’s market share in the renewable recruitment market.
