This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Revenue Controller to join a collaborative and forward-thinking finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Working within a respected organisation known for its people-first culture, you'll play a pivotal role in a major billing transformation project while taking ownership of end-to-end revenue processes. This is far more than a traditional billing role. You'll be heavily involved in the rollout and optimisation of an upgraded practice management system across the business, acting as a key point of expertise and helping shape billing processes, templates and best practice. Alongside project work, you'll manage the billing cycle for a specialist practice group, partnering closely with stakeholders to drive efficient WIP management, accurate billing and exceptional client service. It's a fantastic opportunity to combine BAU responsibilities with meaningful change-project exposure.

You will bring strong legal billing experience, ideally with with hands-on expertise in Aderant Expert Billing and e-billing platforms. You'll enjoy building relationships with partners and fee earners, have excellent attention to detail and thrive in an environment where your expertise is genuinely valued. This role would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, influencing process improvements and making an immediate impact from day one.
