HR Advisor - #2125318

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading global law firm, to assist them in their search for a new HR Advisor to join the team on an 18-month FTC basis.

Working as part of their collaborative team in London, the successful applicant will be responsible for supporting with administrative duties within the HR team.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing parental leave processes, long-term absence, and health cases.
• Overseeing matters regarding immigration.
• Assisting other offices, providing short-term arrangements, as necessary.
• Managing flexible working requests.
• Supporting HRIS projects and programmes.
• Supporting ER matters.
• Executing on- and off- boarding processes.
• Drafting HR letters and correspondence.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement; producing ad-hoc reports.
• Responding to HR queries.

Suitable candidates will have gained prior human resources experience, ideally within a law firm, although professional services environments will also be considered. We are seeking applicants with exemplary attention to detail, teamwork, communication, and organisation skills.

Demonstrated knowledge of UK immigration matters and UK employment law is highly desired.
