Salary: Starting from £65,913 per annum (London weighted salary) or £57,900 per annum (Regional salary), dependant on experience

Reporting Office: London, Stratford or Manchester, Trafford
Persona: Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

Your impact in the role:
- You will have previously managed large, complex projects or programmes and will be able to lead projects while supporting the wider team.
- You will have strong stakeholder management skills and the tenacity to keep projects well governed, on track, and supported by clear, transparent decision-making.
- You will be able to develop and manage projects with a clearly defined scope, deliverables, budget, and business case, taking them from inception through to implementation and helping move L&Q towards its new operating model.
- You will be able to engage credibly with technology specialists, architects, data professionals, and service designers to translate strategic objectives into practical delivery plans.
- You'll have an understanding of how information flows support service outcomes, decision making, and change adoption and will be capable of assessing impacts, managing multiple dependencies, and balancing user needs, operational considerations, and technical constraints across complex transformation programmes.
- Proven experience as a Programme Manager, delivering complex projects end to end.
- Skills and experience in running large and / or complex projects including establishing project structure, planning, reporting and closure.
- Skills and experience in business case management, budgets, benefits and performance and analysis.
- Skills and experience with stakeholder management, change management, and communication.
