A leading UK law firm is looking to add a talented Construction Solicitor to its highly regarded London construction disputes team. The Role

Joining a market-leading contentious construction team, you'll work on a broad range of disputes across adjudication, arbitration, mediation and litigation, including landmark cases before the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.

You'll enjoy a high level of responsibility from the outset, managing your own matters while collaborating with senior lawyers on major, strategically important disputes. The team offers an excellent platform for ambitious lawyers looking to develop their expertise and profile in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing your own caseload of contentious construction matters
• Drafting pleadings, submissions, witness statements and client advice
• Acting on adjudications, arbitrations, mediations and court proceedings
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting business development initiatives and networking activities
• Contributing to publications, training sessions and thought leadership projects

About You

You'll be a commercially minded construction disputes lawyer with:

• Strong experience in contentious construction matters
• A solid understanding of the legal and procedural framework governing construction disputes
• Experience managing matters and advising clients directly
• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
