Sales Support, Events & Marketing Associate/Graduate - Successful Third Party Asset Raising Boutique - Stephen Bell Associates - #2126418

Our client is a successful third party asset raising boutique for asset managers. They are hiring a Sales Support, Events & Marketing Associate/Graduate.

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain, update and manage relevant information within the CRM system.
2. Track sales pipelines and business development activity to support planning and reporting.
3. Assist with the preparation of client deliverables, including RFPs and client reporting, ensuring responses are accurate and delivered on time.
4. Create high-quality, professionally designed PowerPoint presentations and other marketing materials for external meetings.
5. Plan and coordinate client events, roadshows and webinars.
6. Provide sales support, including organising client/prospect meetings and supporting effective coordination across the sales team.
7. Support cross-functional initiatives and help ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to deadline.
8. Oversee fund marketing materials, ensuring appropriate disclosures are included and materials remain aligned with regulatory requirements and client-specific restrictions.
9. Identify opportunities to use AI tools and emerging technology to improve efficiency, quality and productivity across sales and marketing and activities.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter, they will possess; relevant internships/at least 12 months sales support, marketing or presentations experience gained in asset management or financial services, strong verbal communication and design skills, enthusiasm for using AI tools, working knowledge of using PowerPoint to create high quality presentations, experience with CRM systems and the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities. German and/or French language skills would be useful but not essential.
