Global property company based in Southwest London have an exciting opportunity to join their accounts team on a 9-month fixed term contact. This is a busy and fast paced role where you will be an instrumental part of the finance function. As the Property Account Assistant, you are responsible for managing the financial transactions between the Property company, and its clients and tenants.

Key responsibilities of the Property Accounts Assistant:
- Respond to and resolve queries from landlords, tenants and internal office teams.
- Process deposit refunds and ensure new tenant accounts are set up accurately.
- Handle tenancy and account terminations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Process daily payments to landlords and contractors.
- Upload new property deals and ensure the correct fees are charged and collected from landlords.
- Generate rental demands and accurately allocate incoming tenant payments.
- Identify discrepancies and potential issues, taking appropriate action to resolve or escalate them.
- Support the verification and approval of new or amended bank details.
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks, escalating any risks, concerns or issues promptly when required.
- Support team objectives through effective knowledge sharing, collaboration and a commitment to ongoing process improvement.
Salary and Benefits:
- £30,000 to £32,000 per annum
- 20 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday
- Pension
