This is an opportunity to take ownership of loyalty analytics within a well-established consumer brand. You'll play a role in shaping how the business understands, grows and optimises its loyalty programme, using data to drive customer retention, increase lifetime value, and enhance omnichannel engagement.

The Role
As a Marketing Analytics Manager, you will be responsible for developing the analytical framework that underpins the loyalty programme and customer strategy. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving insights into loyalty programme performance, customer retention and lifetime value.
- Understanding how loyalty members behave across online and offline channels to improve omnichannel engagement.
- Developing customer segmentation strategies to identify high-value audiences and support targeted marketing activity.
- Measuring the effectiveness of loyalty initiatives, promotions, rewards and personalised campaigns.
- Designing testing frameworks to assess the impact of customer engagement and retention activity.
- Building and improving reporting and dashboard capabilities to provide visibility of programme performance.
- Partnering closely with Marketing, CRM, Product and Data teams to turn analysis into commercial action.
- Providing strategic recommendations on how the loyalty programme can grow membership, increase engagement and drive customer value.
Your Skills & Experience
- Experience within marketing analytics, CRM analytics, customer analytics or loyalty analytics.
- Deep understanding of loyalty programme metrics including retention, customer lifetime value (LTV/CLV), frequency and customer engagement.
- Experience developing customer segmentation frameworks and behavioural profiling.
- Background in campaign measurement, experimentation and incremental impact analysis.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large customer datasets.
- Experience building stakeholder-facing reporting and dashboards using BI tools.
- Ability to translate complex analysis into clear commercial recommendations.
