About us

We are a global resource, recruitment and workforce optimisation business supporting organisations across sectors, markets and growth stages with the people, insight and the infrastructure they need to perform.

Our Group brings together executive search, professional recruitment, large-scale deployment, workforce optimisation technology, HR and advisory support, and specialist solutions that help businesses make smarter workforce decisions. We operate internationally and work across multiple brands, each playing a distinct role in how we support clients with hiring, capability, workforce planning and operational performance.

We are also a business that believes commercial success and positive impact should go hand in hand. Through our Business for Good commitments and wider impact initiatives, we are focused on building a company that not only grows, but contributes meaningfully as it does so.

About the role

We are looking for a creative, proactive and highly organised Social Media Assistant to support the day-to-day delivery of social media activity across the Group.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience across a global business with multiple brands, services and audiences. You will help us create a stronger, more consistent and more engaging social media presence, with content that better reflects what we do, the sectors we work in and the value we bring to clients.

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing, supporting content planning, copywriting, content creation, scheduling and content repurposing across the business. This role is ideal for someone who is digitally switched on, full of ideas and keen to build meaningful experience in a fast-moving commercial environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the planning and scheduling of social media content across relevant platforms
  • Draft post copy aligned to brand tone, audience and business priorities
  • Create social assets using Canva and other relevant tools
  • Repurpose existing content into carousels, short-form video, graphics and branded posts
  • Help maintain content calendars and support a regular posting rhythm
  • Monitor social trends, ideas and opportunities relevant to our brands and sectors
  • Support wider campaign and brand activity through social content creation
  • Help maintain consistency across multiple brands and service lines
  • Gather and organise content ideas from across the business where needed

What we're looking for

  • A strong interest in social media, content and digital marketing
  • Good written communication skills and a feel for engaging content
  • Confidence using Canva/Gamma and a willingness to learn quickly
  • Creative thinking and an eye for visual presentation
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
  • Good time management and the ability to work across multiple tasks
  • An interest in B2B, B2C marketing, recruitment, HR tech or professional services would be an advantage

Why join us

This is an opportunity to gain practical, hands-on marketing experience in an Award Winning and growing global business where you will be trusted with real work, real exposure and real responsibility. You will have the chance to work across multiple brands, contribute ideas, build in-demand skills and learn how marketing supports commercial growth in the real world.

We offer a hybrid working model, the opportunity to grow with the business, and the chance to be part of a company that combines commercial ambition with a genuine commitment to doing good.
