The Role

As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a £10m CAT B commercial office fit out in Central London.

Working closely with the team, you will lead the project from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring the scheme is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a £10m CAT B commercial fit out from inception through to completion.
• Develop and manage project programmes, budgets and resource plans.
• Coordinate Site Managers, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain excellent client relationships, chair progress meetings and provide regular updates on programme, cost and risk.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, contractual obligations and statutory requirements.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while managing change control and commercial implications.
• Drive quality throughout the build process and ensure successful project handover.
