If you’re an experienced commercial finance broker with established lender relationships and team leadership experience, Senior Commercial Finance Broker & Team Lead offers the chance to convert qualified leads at scale while helping shape the lender panel, processes and team.

You’ll have autonomy to lead from the front, with technology handling much of the case administration. Your experience will directly influence how the brokerage develops as it grows.

Package & Benefits
• Basic salary per annum, plus 20–30% uncapped commission.

About the Company
You’ll join a growing, technology-enabled UK commercial finance brokerage focused on helping businesses access appropriate funding efficiently. The business is investing in its people, lender relationships and technology as it scales.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop lender and funding-partner relationships and expand the lender panel.
• Lead and coach brokers on discovery, case structuring, lender matching and responsible deal completion.
• Convert qualified enquiries from financial assessment through lender placement and funded completion.
• Help shape brokerage processes, technology, channels and team standards.

About You
• At least three years’ recent, hands-on UK commercial finance broking experience.
• Established relationships with UK commercial lenders and funding partners.
• Experience leading, coaching or mentoring a broking or sales team.
