Roofing Supervisor

Job Type: Full-Time / Long term role 

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Roofing Supervisor to join our team and oversee roofing projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise roofing teams on site and ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Prepare and complete Friday packs for upcoming works.
• Carry out RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) and ensure they are understood and followed by the team.
• Monitor site progress, quality, materials and productivity.
• Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed.
• Liaise with clients, site teams and contractors where required.
• Provide regular updates and report directly to the Manager on project progress, issues and requirements.
• Identify and resolve problems on site efficiently.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and to the required specification.

Requirements

• Previous experience in roofing supervision or a similar senior roofing role.
• Good knowledge of roofing systems, site procedures and health & safety.
• Experience completing RAMS and site documentation.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
