Interim Tax Manager

This well established insurance group are recruiting for a hands on, experienced senior Tax Accountant to join them on an interim basis for an initial 6-9 months assignment.

Reporting into the Group CFO, this wide reaching role will require an experienced tax professional to be responsible for the following core areas :

Corporation tax including calculation of tax calcs for their UK entities, submission of UK Corporation tax returns, preparation of group tax forecasts and dealing with queries

• VAT returns from quarterly returns, liaising with HMRC on changes e.g. partial exemption scheme
• Employee share schemes in relation to both the review and advisement.
• PAYE schemes calculation

This broad role requires a qualified Tax professional ideal ideally with an insurance background or large corporate background. You will knowledge of tax disclosure requirements under IFRS and UK GAAP have a mix of corporate tax, VAT and ideally employee share schemes.
