Edmund & Evans is partnering with a fast-growing executive search firm specialising in Asset Management and Insurance. The business has more than doubled its revenue and grown from 6 to 14 people in just 18 months.

This is not a typical trainee recruitment consultant role. There are no commission targets, no recruitment desk and no high-volume calling. You’ll be trained to research financial markets, identify senior talent and support retained executive searches for major financial institutions.

No previous recruitment or executive search experience is required.

• £35,000–£37,500 starting salary
• £45,000+ expected first-year earnings including discretionary bonus
• Full training in executive search and financial services
• Learn directly from senior consultants with decades of experience
• Exposure to senior-level and international searches
• Clear progression towards Senior Associate and Consultant
• 27 days’ holiday plus additional Christmas allowance
• Monday to Thursday in the City, Friday working from home

As a Graduate Executive Search Associate, you’ll support senior consultants delivering retained searches across Asset Management and Insurance.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Researching financial services firms and markets
• Identifying and approaching senior-level candidates
• Market mapping and competitor research
• Producing high-quality written research
• Supporting candidate interviews and client projects
• Building relationships with senior professionals as you develop

Your candidate and client exposure will increase as your experience and market knowledge grow.

You do not need a specific degree or previous recruitment experience.

• Naturally curious with strong research skills
