About the Role
We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join a busy payroll team in London. You will help process monthly payrolls accurately and on time for our employees. You will work closely with other team members to answer queries and keep records up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly end-to-end payroll for various company entities.
- Calculate statutory payments, including PAYE, National Insurance, SSP, and SMP.
- Handle pension contributions and auto-enrolment duties.
- Update employee data like new starters, leavers, and salary changes.
- Answer payroll questions from staff and managers in a helpful way.
- Help the team with year-end tasks and other duties as needed.
What We Are Looking For
- Previous experience in a payroll office
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and numbers.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Friendly communication skills and a team-player attitude.
