HR Advisor - #2128519

We are working with a prestigious international law firm to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join its collaborative HR team.

This is a broad generalist role, partnering with both legal and business services teams and providing hands-on HR advice across the employee lifecycle.

• Providing day-to-day HR advice to employees, Partners and managers
• Managing Employee Relations cases independently, including performance, disciplinary and grievance matters
• Supporting annual appraisals, promotions, salary and bonus reviews
• Managing flexible working, parental leave, absence and probation processes
• Drafting complex HR correspondence and documentation
• Supporting talent and succession planning
• Assisting with immigration processes and compliance
• Contributing to HR projects, policies and process improvements

• Currently operating at HR Advisor level
• Previous HR experience within a law firm is essential
• Strong, independent Employee Relations experience
• CIPD qualified
• Confident advising and influencing senior stakeholders
• Commercial, organised and proactive with excellent communication skills
