This elite US law firm is seeking an experienced (5 years+) Legal Document Operator with a high level of efficiency and technical acumen.

The ideal candidate must possess strong attention to detail and be a proactive team player, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Essential duties:

* Expertly revise, format, compare and cross-reference documents

* Convert documents from various formats to Word, Excel, PowerPoint

* Generate Tables of Contents and create and run mail-merges

* Execute and reformat documents

* Modify, compile, and redact PDFs; create forms, e-closing binders and bookmarks in Adobe Acrobat

* Create, revise, and reformat PowerPoint presentations

* Create and modify organisational charts, flowcharts

* Knowledge of Excel, including reformatting, setting up for printing, and basic formulas and charts

* Provide technical support to clients, including software troubleshooting
