£250 per day | Social Housing | Self-Employed Subcontractor

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced Domestic Gas Engineers to work on an established social housing contract across West London.

This is an ongoing subcontractor opportunity for engineers with solid social housing experience and the relevant qualifications.

You will be carrying out domestic gas servicing, maintenance and repairs within social housing properties, ensuring all works are completed safely, professionally and to the required standards.

You must have:

• Full ACS Gas Qualifications

• Current Gas Safe Registration

• Proven social housing experience

• Experience with domestic gas servicing and repairs

• Your own tools and suitable vehicle

• Appropriate insurance

• Right to work in the UK

• Good communication and customer service skills

• £250 day rate

• Ongoing social housing contract

• Work across West London

• Regular workload

• Self-employed subcontractor basis

• Opportunity for long-term work
