Residential Design Architect | 3–5 Years Post-Qualification | 

We are working with an AJ100-listed, multi-award-winning architectural practice renowned for its design excellence, exceptional residential projects and collaborative studio culture.

With an impressive portfolio spanning complex prime Central London developments and major urban regeneration schemes, this is an exciting opportunity for a talented Architect with 3–5 years post-qualification experience to join a highly regarded and design-led team.

The practice offers a genuinely inspiring working environment, with an outstanding portfolio, excellent studio culture and a beautiful London office. Hybrid working is available one day per week.

The Role

You will play an important role within the design team, contributing to the development and delivery of ambitious residential schemes from concept through to detailed design. The projects are architecturally complex and highly design-focused, offering excellent scope for professional and creative development.

We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for residential architecture and a strong eye for design, who is comfortable working within a collaborative, high-performing studio.

About You

  • ARB/RIBA qualified Architect with approximately 3–5 years post-qualification experience

  • Proven experience working on high-quality residential projects, ideally within a leading architectural practice

  • Strong residential design flair and a sophisticated understanding of architectural quality

  • Experience of High-Risk Buildings and an understanding of the relevant regulatory and legislative requirements

  • Good knowledge of relevant UK legislation, regulations and planning considerations

  • Proficient in Revit, with strong rendering and architectural presentation skills

  • Confident producing and developing compelling design presentations

  • A strong communicator and presenter, able to articulate design ideas clearly to colleagues, clients and stakeholders

  • Comfortable working collaboratively within a demanding, design-led environment

  • A proactive, creative and detail-conscious approach to architectural design
