We are seeking an experienced professional to lead GDP compliance across Europe, supporting the growth of a global logistics provider specialising in healthcare. This vital role involves safeguarding the integrity of pharmaceutical supply chains, ensuring regulatory adherence, and driving continuous improvement within a complex multi-country environment.

The successful candidate will:

  • Lead and manage the European GDP compliance programme, including audits and gap analysis.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for achieving and maintaining GDP certification across multiple sites.
  • Establish and oversee supplier and subcontractor quality assurance programmes.
  • Lead cross-region collaboration and provide expert guidance to local GDP managers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with regulators, partners, and internal teams to ensure ongoing compliance and quality standards.

You will have:

  • Proven experience in global pharmaceutical or healthcare logistics, with strong knowledge of EU GDP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Expertise in quality management systems, audits, and validation processes.
  • Strong leadership skills experienced in managing international teams and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilities with a proactive approach to compliance challenges.
