A leading commercial fit-out contractor is looking for an experienced Document Controller to join its team following a number of exciting new project wins across Central London.
You'll be working on high-quality CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects, becoming an integral part of the site team and ensuring information gets to the right people, in the right format, at the right time.

A leading commercial fit-out contractor is looking for an experienced Document Controller to join its team following a number of exciting new project wins across Central London.
You'll be working on high-quality CAT A and CAT B fit-out projects, becoming an integral part of the site team and ensuring information gets to the right people, in the right format, at the right time.
The Role
- Manage drawings, specifications and project documentation
- Maintain and manage the project EDMS
- Upload, issue and track technical information
- Maintain document registers and revision control
- Coordinate information between consultants, subcontractors, clients and site teams
- Manage workflows, approvals and project records
- You'll have around 5 years' Document Control experience within construction and be confident using Aconex or a similar EDMS.
- You'll be organised, proactive, great with people and comfortable working within a busy project environment. Previous commercial fit-out, CAT A or CAT B experience would be particularly welcome.
