Chartered Building Surveyor - #2130324

This Permanent, Full-time position offers hybrid working, responsibility for leading project and professional building surveying commissions, and involvement in business development across private and public sector clients. The role provides structured progression within a multidisciplinary consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Lead project and professional building surveying instructions from inception to completion
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships
• Identify new business opportunities and support proposal activity
• Advise clients on technical building surveying matters and regulatory requirements
• Provide technical guidance to junior surveyors

Requirements

• Degree in Building Surveying or a related built environment discipline
• MRICS or working towards chartership
• Consultancy building surveying experience
• Experience managing client relationships and business development activity
• Strong technical and commercial understanding of building surveying practice

Salary & Package

• Salary of £53,836–£58,836 incl. £3,836 car allowance
