£100,000 + bonus |London - x2 days a week

A leading specialist research business is looking for a Director of Quantitative Operations to take ownership of a high-performing operational function and play a key role in the continued growth of the business.

This is a senior leadership opportunity, responsible for team performance, operational delivery, resource planning and client satisfaction, with oversight of a significant portfolio of projects.

You'll lead and develop a sizeable team, improve processes and ways of working, ensure high standards of delivery and act as a senior point of contact for key clients and internal stakeholders. The role will also work closely with senior leadership on commercial performance, growth and longer-term departmental strategy.

We're looking for an experienced Quantitative Research Operations professional, ideally from a healthcare, pharmaceutical or wider market research/insights environment. Strong people leadership, client management, organisational skills and commercial awareness are key.

The role could suit an experienced senior manager looking to take the next step into a Director-level position, as well as an established leader looking for a broader remit.

Up to £100,000 base + bonus - x2 days a week in London
