Cloud Architect/ IaC/ Terraform Engineering Lead - Banking - #2130425

We are looking for an experienced Terraform Enterprise Engineering Lead to take ownership of the design, implementation and evolution of a strategic Infrastructure as Code (IaC) capability within a large-scale enterprise environment.

You will act as the technical authority for Terraform Enterprise, establishing standards, governance, reusable modules and best practices while driving adoption across infrastructure and engineering teams.

What you'll do:

• Lead the implementation and evolution of Terraform Enterprise
• Define Terraform standards, reusable modules, governance and best practices
• Integrate Terraform with GitLab CI/CD, Entra ID, CyberArk and VMware
• Establish secure authentication, RBAC and access-control models
• Drive IaC adoption and infrastructure automation across engineering teams
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership

What you'll bring:

• Extensive hands-on experience with Terraform Enterprise
• Strong Infrastructure as Code and automation expertise
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD and VMware automation
• Knowledge of Entra ID, SSO, SAML/OIDC and RBAC
• CyberArk integration experience
• Strong Linux / platform engineering background
• Experience within large, complex or regulated environments
