The Company

The organisation is focused on leveraging data to improve customer experiences, optimise operations, and drive commercial performance. You will work closely with senior leadership to shape the future direction of the data function and deliver measurable business impact.

The Role and Deliverables

• Define and execute the organisation's data and AI strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams across data engineering, analytics, data science, and AI.
• Establish governance frameworks, operating models, and best practices.
• Drive the delivery of AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics initiatives.
• Partner with executive stakeholders to identify and prioritise high-value use cases.
• Build a scalable data capability that supports long-term business objectives.

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong leadership experience across data, analytics, and AI functions.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver enterprise-wide data transformation programmes.
• Experience implementing AI and machine learning solutions within a commercial environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at executive level.
• Knowledge of modern cloud data platforms, data architecture, and governance frameworks.
• Experience within retail, e-commerce, or consumer-focused organisations.
