Senior Architect - E-commerce Transformation - #2130453

We're looking for an experienced Senior Architect to support the delivery of key strategic initiatives across a complex, multi-team environment.

This role will play a critical part in driving our Food E-commerce Transformation, while also supporting broader cross-functional programmes. You'll work closely with senior leadership to help manage priorities, coordinate delivery, and bring structure to complex, high-impact initiatives.

Alongside this, you'll contribute to a major business and technology separation programme, helping shape future architectural approaches across key domains.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the delivery of large-scale e-commerce transformation programmes
• Coordinate work across multiple teams to manage dependencies, risks, and priorities
• Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of complex initiatives
• Contribute to the separation of key business platforms, including supporting technical and architectural work
• Help define approaches across:
  • Customer notifications
  • Delivery and fulfilment systems
• Provide clarity, structure, and momentum across evolving workstreams

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Senior Architect in complex transformational environments
• Strong track record delivering cross-functional, large-scale transformation programmes
• Experience in e-commerce, digital, or retail transformation (highly desirable)
• Good understanding of technology and architecture concepts (especially distributed systems)
• Ability to manage ambiguity and work effectively across multiple teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Working knowledge of scalable architecture patterns and modern delivery practices (Agile, product-led delivery).
• Experience in retail or omni-channel environments
