The company is tackling one of the biggest contributors to carbon emissions — home heating — by combining innovative technology, better data and a growing community of heating professionals to make low-carbon heating simpler, more affordable and mainstream.

As the business scales rapidly, they’re looking for a Marketing & Community Associate to join their newly formed Growth team and become a key voice across their community and digital channels.

The role:

You’ll take ownership of community engagement across Reddit, Facebook and social channels, create scroll-stopping content, support email and CRM campaigns, manage digital content and contribute to wider growth campaigns. It’s a genuine 360° marketing role with plenty of scope to make your mark.

We’re looking for:

• 3+ years’ experience in social, community or generalist marketing

• Excellent writing and communication skills

• Strong understanding of digital platforms and online communities

• Highly organised, proactive and commercially minded

• Someone who naturally spots opportunities and gets things moving
