Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and organisational support to senior leadership during a busy temporary assignment.

This is a varied role suited to someone who can manage changing priorities, maintain confidentiality and keep senior-level schedules and administrative activities running efficiently. The position is fully remote and requires strong communication, organisation and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings and appointments
  • Coordinate schedules and changing priorities
  • Prepare documents, reports and meeting materials
  • Handle confidential correspondence and information
  • Arrange calls, meetings and other business activities
  • Monitor follow-ups and outstanding actions
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior leadership
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external contacts
  • Ensure deadlines and key commitments are maintained

Key Skills / Qualifications

  • Previous Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Ability to manage confidential information
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and online systems
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities
